Welcome to the Counselor's Corner. My name is Catherine (Kati) Hersey and I am our school counselor. Many students struggle at some point with a range of family and life circumstances (family stressors, academic struggles, and personal issues) that can make school more difficult. My primary goal is to promote the academic, personal, and social development of our students by focusing on helping students learn ways to build positive social skills, gain confidence in their ability to interact with others and learn ways to deal with problems and conflicts constructively.

Heritage Counseling Referral Form

I will be onsite at Heritage Elementary on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I will check referrals on a daily basis and will respond within 1 to 2 school days.
